Sunshine Radio Interview on a Saturday morning

What a nice way to spend a Saturday morning; chatting about one of my favourite topics ‘Hotels’ on Sunshine Radio on The Saturday Live Show with Carol Dooley and Ed Finn of Travel Talk.  Their introduction was ‘Wonderful tales of great food, great beds, great stories and great overall service… It’s not easy to make Hilary’s list but well worth it if you do!’  Needless to say I was happy with that description.

Some favourites mentioned were Newforge House, Co. Armagh (not Antrim!); Gregans Castle Co. Clare, Bushmills Inn, Co. Antrim, Harvey’s Point, Co. Donegal and of course Marlfield House.

Congratulations to the Bowes  in Marlfield on being inducted into the Food and Wine Magazine Hall of Fame a few weeks ago – an award well deserved.
